Customer Service Policy
Sanitiser Systems Australia and its affiliates are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 1-4 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 48 hours to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund (whichever may apply).
Pricing Policy
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes occur due to increases or changes from suppliers and/or manufacturers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavor to provide you with a more competitive price and price match wherever possible.
Cancellation of Orders
All cancellation of orders must be in writing via email. All orders are considered current unless cancelled in writing by the purchaser. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. A cancellation fee surcharge of 10% plus freightage and delivery costs applies in this instance.
Incorrect Goods Supplied
If for any reason Sanitiser Systems Australia at any time supplies an incorrect product due to processing, warehouse or office errors, we will replace the product with the correct goods ordered. Replacement will only be made once the incorrect goods are returned. Contact must be made via email or contacting the office or your sales representative on 02 9584 8200 within 48 hours of receiving the goods. All freight costs in this instance will be covered by Sanitiser Systems Australia.
Methods of Payment
Sanitiser Systems Australia accept payments via EFT (electronic funds transfer), Credit Cards (Visa or MasterCard), Cash, Cheque or PAYPAL. Credit Card payments may incur a surcharge. Funds from Cheque payments must be cleared prior to delivery being made, unless prior arrangements and authority given by Sanitiser Systems Australia.
Security precautions are taken to protect your personal information through encrypted methods of transmitted payments and any personal sensitive information is stored securely or destroyed after the completion of the transaction.
Shipping Fee & Delivery Policy
We deliver products Australia wide using our own drivers as well as various carriers for outside of Sydney Metro areas. Fixed Shipping Fees apply and will be added to the amount on checkout. Shipping Fees may vary and are subject to the region delivery is required. The shipping fees charged are at cost from the logistics Company we use for our deliveries. All goods ordered are dispatched within 1-2 business days with ETA on delivery varying between 2 to 5 business days depending on your location within Australia as well as carriers used. If for any reasons due to circumstances that are beyond our control, delivery is past our normal shipping periods, we will notify and advise you by email.
